Specialising in Commercial and Property Law with a Modern Mindset
Ensure Legal was founded by Stephen Kwok, a Brisbane-based commercial and property lawyer after more than 12 years of experience in both private practice and in-house.
Before starting his own firm, Stephen practised law at top-tier firms in the likes of MinterEllison and Norton Rose Fulbright, and also held senior in-house legal positions at a commercial property fund and a national furniture company. Stephen’s clients include a shopping centre and commercial property and building owners, real estate investment trusts (REITs), national tenants in various industries (portfolio leasing), property developers (residential and mixed-use), local and international financiers and lenders, business owners and high net worth individuals.
