As 2024 is drawing to an end, we would like to take this opportunity to reflect on our journey to-date. Despite operating as a small firm (which presents a number of both challenges/opportunities), we are incredibly grateful we have assisted and completed a number of complex transactions for our clients with strong commercial outcomes. These include:
1. assisting with the financing aspect of a landmark development in Sydney, NSW in the value of $150million;
2. assisting a major client with more than 10 complex large scale leasing matters across a number of States in the last 2 months;
3. completing the settlement of a long standing client’s medical asset;
4. completing the sale of a number of flat land sale projects for developer clients;
5. maintaining a steady and healthy amount of ongoing conveyance, business and commercial transactions matters.
