Successful Acquisition of CBD Fringe Commercial Office Asset

We are delighted to have assisted a valued client of ours (Ricky), through a corporate entity, in successfully settling the acquisition of a CBD fringe commercial office asset earlier this week.

Ricky: We really appreciate Stephen’s help in guiding us through the purchase of the commercial office. Stephen is very detailed and has guided us from the initial due diligence of the asset, body corporate materials, car parking arrangements, the satisfaction of the due diligence condition and then all the way through to settlement.

As Covid is largely behind us, we have seen an increased number of commercial tenant clients, whether through purchase or leasing, moving from the heart of CBD to CBD fringe as this often presents a strong value proposition. This includes Stephen assisting an ASX listed client in advising their leasing arrangements moving from the CBD to CBD fringe earlier this year.
