Today, we have settled the sale of the final and the last lot of a land subdivision project in a highly sought after south side suburb for a developer client. Some lots started going under contract before title registration (in November 2023) but it took less than a year to complete the sale of all lots and it was some very strong pricing we have witnessed there.
Very happy for the strong results our client has achieved and looking forward to advising on other projects in the future.
