<strong>\u65e5\u843d\u689d\u6b3e\uff08Sunset Clause\uff09<\/strong>\u662f\u95dc\u9375\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u6700\u8fd1\u6606\u58eb\u862d\u653f\u5e9c\u4fee\u8a02\u4e86\u76f8\u95dc\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u4ee5\u52a0\u5f37\u5c0d\u8cb7\u5bb6\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\uff0c\u9632\u6b62\u958b\u767c\u5546\u6feb\u7528\u6b64\u689d\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e00\u500b <strong>\u65e5\u843d\u689d\u6b3e\uff08Sunset Clause\uff09<\/strong> \u662f\u6a13\u82b1\u8cb7\u8ce3\u5408\u7d04\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u9805\u689d\u6b3e\uff0c\u898f\u5b9a\u5982\u679c\u767c\u5c55\u9805\u76ee\u672a\u80fd\u5728\u6307\u5b9a\u65e5\u671f\u5167\u5b8c\u6210\uff0c\u5408\u7d04\u53ef\u88ab\u7d42\u6b62\uff0c\u8cb7\u5bb6\u53ef\u7372\u9000\u9084\u8a02\u91d1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u539f\u610f\u662f\u4fdd\u969c\u8cb7\u5bb6\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u6a13\u76e4\u7121\u9650\u671f\u62d6\u5ef6\u3002\u4f46\u8fd1\u5e74\u6709\u767c\u5c55\u5546\u5229\u7528\u6b64\u689d\u6b3e\uff0c\u5728\u6a13\u5e02\u4e0a\u5347\u6642\u6545\u610f\u62d6\u5ef6\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u7d42\u6b62\u5408\u7d04\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u4ee5\u66f4\u9ad8\u50f9\u8f49\u552e\u55ae\u4f4d\uff0c\u4ee4\u8cb7\u5bb6\u8499\u53d7\u640d\u5931\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u6606\u58eb\u862d\u6700\u65b0\u6cd5\u4f8b\u6539\u8b8a<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u70ba\u4e86\u9632\u6b62\u9019\u985e\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u6606\u58eb\u862d\u653f\u5e9c\u65bc <strong>2023\u5e7411\u6708\u8d77<\/strong>\u4fee\u8a02\u65e5\u843d\u689d\u6b3e\u76f8\u95dc\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u5c0d\u958b\u767c\u5546\u63d0\u51fa\u66f4\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u91dd\u5c0d <strong>\u6a13\u82b1\u571f\u5730\u8cb7\u8ce3\u5408\u7d04\uff08Flat Land Contracts\uff09<\/strong>\uff0c\u958b\u767c\u5546\u6216\u8ce3\u5bb6 <strong>\u5fc5\u9808\u7372\u5f97\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u9805\uff0c\u624d\u53ef\u5f15\u7528\u65e5\u843d\u689d\u6b3e\u7d42\u6b62\u5408\u7d04\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u8a72 <strong>\u8cb7\u5bb6\u7684\u66f8\u9762\u540c\u610f<\/strong> \u53bb\u7d42\u6b62\u5408\u7d04\uff1b\u6216<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u4e00\u500b <strong>\u6cd5\u5ead\u547d\u4ee4<\/strong> \u7531\u6606\u58eb\u862d\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\uff08Supreme Court\uff09\u9812\u5e03<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9019\u9805\u6539\u9769\u5835\u585e\u4e86\u958b\u767c\u5546\u85c9\u7d42\u6b62\u5408\u7d04\u7092\u8ce3\u55ae\u4f4d\u7684\u6f0f\u6d1e\uff0c\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u4fdd\u969c\u8cb7\u5bb6\u7684\u6b0a\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u90a3\u9ebc\u6a13\u82b1\u516c\u5bd3\u53ca\u55ae\u4f4d\u5462\uff1f<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u91dd\u5c0d <strong>\u6d89\u53ca\u696d\u4e3b\u5718\u9ad4\u7684\u6a13\u82b1\uff0c<\/strong>\u5305\u62ec <strong>\u516c\u5bd3\uff08Apartment\uff09\u6216\u55ae\u4f4d\uff08Unit\uff09<\/strong>\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4ecd\u7136\u672a\u6709\u660e\u78ba\u898f\u5b9a\u3002\u8a72\u554f\u984c\u4ecd\u5728\u8b70\u6703\u5be9\u8b70\u4e2d\uff0c\u9810\u8a08\u672a\u4f86\u4e00\u81f3\u5169\u5e74\u5167\u6703\u6709\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u6cd5\u5f8b\u66f4\u65b0\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5c0d\u8cb7\u5bb6\u6709\u4f55\u5f71\u97ff\uff1f<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u6b63\u5728\u8003\u616e\u8cfc\u8cb7\u6606\u58eb\u862d\u7684\u6a13\u82b1\u55ae\u4f4d\uff0c\u61c9\u6ce8\u610f\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e8b\u9805\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u7d30\u95b1\u5408\u7d04\u689d\u6b3e<\/strong> class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6a13\u82b1\u8cb7\u8ce3\u6d89\u53ca\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u689d\u6b3e\uff0c\u5982\u4f60\u5c0d\u65e5\u843d\u689d\u6b3e\u6216\u5408\u7d04\u5167\u5bb9\u6709\u7591\u554f\uff0c\u6b61\u8fce\u806f\u7d61 <strong>\u5b89\u4fe1\u6cd5\u5f8b Ensure Legal<\/strong> \uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u70ba\u4f60\u63d0\u4f9b\u5c08\u696d\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5efa\u8b70\uff0c\u52a9\u4f60\u4f5c\u51fa\u660e\u667a\u6c7a\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div><!-- .vgblk-rw-wrapper
