It’s been an absolutely swamped time of the year with today being the last working day before EOFY. We are grateful we are making important progress for our valued clients on a number of important matters, for example:
1. Assisting a foreign developer client in finalising and submitting multiple FIRB applications for a residential townhouse development before EOFY;
2. Making great progress in a complex Victorian leasing matter and the sale of a commercial centre in QLD;
3. Finalising a number of commercial and business sale transactions.
